Getting started is simple. Reach out directly through my contact form or request an appointment through the Patient Portal widget above. I offer a free 15 minute consultation phone call prior to first session if interested, or we can jump right into your first evaluation session!

The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other. We will talk about what brought you to therapy, your goals, your general medical/mental health history, and any questions you have about the process. It is also a chance for you to see if the space feels comfortable and like a good fit for you.

The initial evaluation session is about 60-75 minutes.

Subsequent therapy sessions are a standard 50 minutes, which typically occur weekly, biweekly, or monthly depending on your needs/goals.

At this time I do not accept insurance. BUT I am working on getting paneled with multiple different insurance plans, and will update my website accordingly!

Initial evaluation session: $200

Subsequent regular sessions: $175

Payment is collected through the HIPAA compliant Electronic Health Record system I use, Simple Practice.

At this time, I only provide telehealth sessions. I use a HIPAA compliant and secure telehealth platform called SimplePractice. This will hopefully allow you to attend therapy from the comfort of your own space.

Yes! What you share in therapy is confidential and protected by law. Although, there are a few legal exceptions in which confidentiality may be broken. Such as if there is a serious risk of harm to yourself or others, disclosure of child or vulnerable adult abuse, or if records are required by a court order. These limits will be discussed further in your first session.

At this time, I only provide services to adult clients in Florida.

Although I am working to receive PSYPACT certification that would allow telehealth practice among other state jurisdictions.
