Insurance

Dr. Kelly is currently in network with:

  • Aetna in Illinois and Florida

  • Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois

  • Carelon Behavioral Health in Illinois and Florida

  • Ascension (SmartHealth) in Illinois and Florida

  • Cigna in Illinois and Florida

  • Curative in Illinois and Florida

I am currently in the process of becoming credentialed with additional insurance plans. While I do not have a specific timeline for when additional plans will become available, I will update this page as new insurance options are added.

Private Pay Rates

Private-pay services are available for clients who prefer not to use insurance or whose insurance plan I do not accept. My private-pay rate is

  • Initial evaluation session (60–75 minutes): $190

  • Ongoing therapy sessions (50 minutes): $165

Choosing private pay can provide greater privacy and flexibility, as services are not billed through your insurance.

I offer a limited number of sliding-scale appointments for clients who may need a reduced rate. Sliding-scale availability is based on need and current availability and would be discussed prior to start of therapy.

Out-of-Network Benefits

If I am not in-network with your insurance plan, I can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement. Reimbursement is determined by your individual insurance plan, and I cannot guarantee that your insurance company will reimburse you for services. Please contact your insurance provider to ask about your out-of-network mental health benefits, deductible, reimbursement rate, and any requirements for submitting a superbill.

In accordance with the No Surprises Act, all private pay clients are entitled to receive a Good Faith Estimate outlining the expected cost of services prior to treatment.
